Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other major cities: 2-4 business days
Other cities and remote areas: 4-7 business days

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly displayed on the product or cart page.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You may also pay online via the available secure payment methods at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery status.

Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if this happens.

Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, as orders are processed quickly.
